Before we climb up on your roof we tarp the grounds , shrubs etc. to ensure there is no damage to your yard . We expect you to only know we were there by your beautiful roof . A complete cleanup is done before we leave .

First we remove your existing shingles . Then inspect your roof for rot . After ensuring we have a solid surface to apply shingles , we then install 2 rows of ice shield on the eaves . We also install ice shield on valleys, gable ends , around chimneys as well as any other troubled areas . The balance of the roof is then covered with tar paper . We then install aluminum starter strip on all edges of your roof . We replace all plumbing flashings . We install top quality shingles to your roof . We install a ridge vent to ensure proper ventilation for your roof . We inspect the inside of your roof to ensure that there is proper soffit ventilation . The number one cause of premature ageing of roofs is lack of ventilation . Your roof is now worry free for years to come .
